ଅଥାର

1. Athāra (ଦେ.ବିଣ.) - ନିଆଁ ଉପରେ ବସାଯାଇଥିବା ପାଣିହାଣ୍ଡି ମୁହଁରେ କନା ବାନ୍ଧି, ପାଣିରୁ ବାହାରୁ ଥିବା ବାମ୍ଫ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସିଝିବା ପାଇଁ କନା ଉପରେ ପିଠଉ ରଖି ପିଠା ତିଆରି କରିବା ପ୍ରାଣାଳୀ A mode of preparing cakes by steaming.
