ଅଦାଲତୀ ଭାଷା

1. Adālatī bhāshā (ଦେ.ବି.) - ରାଜକୀୟ ଆଦେଶରେ କଚେରିର କାଗଜପତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଭାଷା Court language; language which is recognised by the government to be used in the courts of a country.


2. କଚିରିଆ ଭାଷା; କଚିରିରେ କାଗଜପତ୍ର ଓ ଦଲିଲ ଆଦିରେ ଲେଖାଯିବା ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଓ ଅଶୁଦ୍ଧ ଭାଷ Mixed or grammatically and linguistically incorrect language which is found to be used in the court-records and public documents.


3. କଚିରିଆ ନବଜ; ଭିନ୍ନ ଭିନ୍ନ ଭାଷାରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ଅନେକ ବୈଦେଶିକ ଶବ୍ଦ ଯାହା କଚେରିରେ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଦଲିଲ - ଦସ୍ତାବିଜ, ଅରଜି - ଜବାବ, ଫଇସଲା, ନୋଟିସ୍, ଇସ୍ତିହାର ଆଦିରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ Words and expressions culled from different languages used in phraseology of court documents; public-documents.
